Collagen rich, probiotic, blueberry gelatin
  • [b]Equipment[/b]
  • 1 quart glass bowl with lid
  • [b]Ingredients[/b]
  • 4 tablespoons grassfed unflavored gelatin
  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored coconut yogurt
  1. [b]Prepare the gelatin the day before[/b]
  2. Heal 2 cups of water to a simmer
  3. In the bowl stir the gelatin with 3/4 cup of cold water
  4. Stir in the hot water until dissolved
  5. Refrigerate until congealed
  6. [b]Serve on small bowls or plates[/b]
  7. For each serving:
  8. Place in a bowl 1/4 of the gelatin cut in pieces
  9. Add 1/4 cup blueberries
  10. Top with 1 tablespoon yogurt
