Collagen rich, probiotic, blueberry gelatin
Ingredients
- [b]Equipment[/b]
- 1 quart glass bowl with lid
- [b]Ingredients[/b]
- 4 tablespoons grassfed unflavored gelatin
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons unflavored coconut yogurt
Instructions
- [b]Prepare the gelatin the day before[/b]
- Heal 2 cups of water to a simmer
- In the bowl stir the gelatin with 3/4 cup of cold water
- Stir in the hot water until dissolved
- Refrigerate until congealed
- [b]Serve on small bowls or plates[/b]
- For each serving:
- Place in a bowl 1/4 of the gelatin cut in pieces
- Add 1/4 cup blueberries
- Top with 1 tablespoon yogurt
