I began researching nutrition and applying what I learned in my early twenties. At age 61, a DEXA Scan report indicated osteopenia in my spine and hip. I continued my investigation into nutrition and adjusted my diet. In six years, I reversed my spinal osteopenia to normal and increased the density of my hip by 6.7%.
People asked me how I did it. To answer their questions, I began a blog and free bone health newsletter.
Today I’m working on a recipe book featuring eleven nutrients important for bone density.
